CHEMICAL PEELS

There are 3 peels- ranging in depth from superficial to deep. 

 

The superficial peels can achieve similar results to one deep treatment with less risk and a shorter recovery.

 

The peels contain a mixture of acids to remove the upper layer of the epidermis ( Top layer of skin) and encourage the rejuvenation and regeneration of new skin cells. This results in an improved appearance of the skin as it promotes good skin tone, fewer lines and a brighter complexion.

 

A light chemical peel can be applied to young adults upwards.

 

At your appointment with me, we can discuss which peel is appropriate to use. If you opt for a superficial to moderate peel you could expect to complete this as 5-6 treatments, 2-4 weeks apart and then a management regime would be discussed.
