What a busy month coming up for me and my team at the BSC.
We are organising ourselves with a new appointment system with Phorest to make it easier for our patients, as well as those new to us to book online for your skin treatments, whether short wave diathermy or shave and cautery, mole mapping or anti wrinkle and/ or filler treatments as well as non invasive skin treatments such as cube light for inflammatory conditions or as part of a treatment course with Flourescent Light Energy for reducing lines and wrinkles, not for getting the cold plasma treatment with no downtime following treatment and the Injector pro plus or if you simply want to pay for home care treatments or buy gift vouchers. This will all be available on line for you very soon. You are still very welcome to message direct though e mail/ WIX/ phone and even pop in to say hello!
I have the ACE conference to attend in London in the coming week where I will be able to meet up with friends and colleagues, Attend discussions and meet our reps who support me in this industry.
The week after that I am on a training course to bring another treatment offer to clinic which will focus on hair loss as well as fat busting- WITHOUT using injections! I have to travel to London for this training too and then persuade the team that I need to buy the equipment!
Within all of this mix behind the scenes I am working hard towards advanced level Aesthetics with Dr Tim Pearce, completing a Business Injector course with the challenges that comes with this as I am having to do this between my other role in the NHS as Advanced Practitioner in Acute triage Team. Oh! and to throw in the mix of all of this I am updating my knowledge on the fillers that I love using as there are new ones becoming available and we are leaping in to CQC!
I have asked myself several times recently, why am I doing this?!
My clinic offers the best treatments and we have been formally recognised for this. Skin is my passion, my patients trust me and we work together as a team to have the best journey through skin health and care. I can offer what the Dermatology sector in the NHS can sadly no longer offer which gives my patient the choice of treatment that they are looking for and with a 2 week follow up post care, this shows that I am looking at my patient holistically and by not discharging you straight after the procedure in to the GP sector for a review of the treatment completed, I am not adding to their already overstretched service as I can confidently treat any concern related to the treatment provided.

Services
At our clinic, we offer a wide range of aesthetic and medical treatments tailored to enhance your natural beauty and well-being. Our aesthetic services include dermal fillers, skin boosters, anti-wrinkle treatments, chemical peels, and bespoke skin consultations. We also provide specialised treatments such as the Menopause Facial, Plasma Pen, and Cube Light with Lumixa Therapy. Further on from this we offer radiofrequency with electroporation, a lovely treatment for firming and tightening areas, reducing cellulite and stretchmarks. All of these have a pre facial treatment and most have a mask following your treatment; some are lunch time treatments. For minor surgical needs, we offer cautery, shave excisions, and shortwave diathermy for the effective removal of skin tags and blemishes. Additional services include ear syringing and essential vitamin injections such as B12 and Vitamin C.
We also take pride in our skin health from inside out, promoting skinade through evidence based research we know that this mineral for collagen far exceeds the over the counter products that you can buy. It addresses multiple systemic support with evidence based research supporting collagen, promoting healthier skin,, hair and nails, improves skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. Reduces pigmentation, post operative complications such as bruising, scarring and quicker heal time. Skinade also reduces cellulite, metabolic issues, toxin build ups, poor circulation, hormonal impacts, fluid retention and fat hypertrophy.
